Tony Ting
People and Culture @ Rothelowman
About
I have spent 33 years in People and Culture across Malaysia, the Netherlands, China and Australia. I have sat across the table from people at every stage of a career, the ones just starting out, the ones quietly burning out and the ones wondering whether the second half of their working life still has something worth showing up for. That last group is who I write for. I post about mid-career truths. The stuff that does not get said in town halls or performance reviews. The fatigue that comes with experience. The quiet question of whether your best years are behind you or still ahead. I believe they are still ahead. But only if you are honest about where you actually are. Outside of LinkedIn I work as People and Culture Manager at Rothelowman, an Australian national design firm based in Melbourne. I am an accredited Mental Health First Aider. And I am a firm believer that the best conversations happen over coffee, not in meeting rooms. If any of this sounds familiar, follow along.
