Anthony Maggio

As VP Product Management at Airtable, I lead the Product Management and Product Ops teams in a 230-person EPD organization, reporting to the CEO. Over the past five years, my efforts have shaped Airtable’s up-market product strategy, solidifying its position as the leading no-code AI app platform for enterprise clients, with over 80% of the Fortune 100 as customers and two consecutive years as a leader in Gartner's magic quadrant for collaborative work management. Leading a team of 12 PMs, I spearheaded major product launches, including Airtable AI, HyperDB, and key enterprise integrations such as Salesforce and Snowflake. These initiatives have fueled revenue growth and transformed the core product into the market leading no-code AI app platform. Previously, I spent 4 years at InVision, leading the Enterprise pillar as the company scaled from $20 to $120M in ARR. During this time I managed a team of 7 PMs, reporting to the SVP of Product, and led key initiatives including the acquisition and launch of Design Systems Manager, a pricing model change, and the transition from a individual to team-based account structure. Before that, I co-founded Checkmate, a the first provider of online check-in and guest messaging for hotels. The business scaled to 300 customers and nearly $2M in revenue prior to acquisition by TrustYou in 2016. I was also an early employee at Jetsetter where I build the travel agency business; Jetsetter was acquired by TripAdvisor in 2013. I also advise and invest in startups, with a focus on Enterprise AI & SaaS businesses.
