Make End Of Life Open Source Projects a thing of the past! * investigate EOL Spring and other Java libraries and projects then get rid of their CVEs * automate releases across tens of projects * document findings, disclose CVEs, publish fixed versions

As a Tanzu division employee, I work on Java buildpacks to allow customers and OSS users to create optimized, maintainable and up to date container images for their Java applications. I am responsible for maintaining (triaging, fixing, enhancing with new features, releasing) these buildpacks, that incude: OSS Paketo buildpacks, Tanzu (TAP) buildpacks, OSS Cloud Foundry buildpacks and TAS / PCF buildpacks. In regular contact with the Spring team at Tanzu, we could integrate all the latest Java and Spring Boot performance optimizations (AOT compilation, CDS training run, etc.) to make Java apps run faster with less memory.

• Setup Gitlab CI/CD pipelines for a variety of projects (NodeJS, Scala, Terraform with AWS) • Move all the different frontend projects from EC2 running Nginx to CloudFront using Terraform • Containerize one of the core projects leveraging AWS ECS Fargate • Mentor, document, present migration path to the cloud to engineering teams

• Set-up and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) with CircleCI and Github Actions • Write and execute on commit Terraform manifests to provision AWS infrastructure • Create and maintain developers tool to initialize new projects (create git repo, CI and CD pipelines) • Work on buildpacks (templates to create Docker images of Spring Boot based projects)

• Create infrastructure on AWS (ECS clusters, SGs, VPCs, etc.) using Terraform to host and configure as code CI (Jenkins and Nexus) for in house product Hydra Platform - the Terraform modules are re usable across different customers installations • Create infrastructure on AWS using Terraform to host Observability stack for Hydra Platform (Prometheus and Grafana) scraping metrics from dozens of EC2 instances, and allowing users to connect using SSO via Auth0 OIDC

• Develop a management Rest API for Terracotta products ; this Rest interface relies on Jetty and Jersey, and can be secured with SSL certificates and identity assertion. Authentication and authorization are provided by Ldap / Active Directory (using Apache Shiro) • Contribute to several Maven, Jenkins and Nexus plugins • Design Docker images for the Terracotta Server

• Develop the Web Platform : backend (Ruby on Rails) and front-end (Single Page Application written in Javascript) • Design and maintain the production environment (Docker based, using Nginx to route traffic) • Help pitching the Potloc product to investors

• Design and develop adapters for GBSM Vantage (based on the Eclipse Equinox OSGi runtime) • Set up continuous integration for the GBSM products and Compuware Java Frameworks (core components of the products) • Integration of the Equinox p2 provisioning system into GBSM Vantage • Lead the migration from the old build system based on PDE/Ant to Maven Tycho • Contribute (sending patches and requests) to p2 and Tycho open source projects both under the Eclipse Foundation umbrella

I've been working as a software architect, for a major french bank; my job consists in following projects from the beginning (choosing the right architecture compliant with the bank rules) to the production phase(checking with partners everything was correctly setup, auditing performance and code) I've also been working a year on an agile project (SCRUM) which consisted in developing a new booking engine for a major tour operator (ClubMed). The technologies involved were Spring, Spring AOP, Hibernate, Maven 2, Web Services (Apache CXF) Fit and Hudson, and we were 8 people involved in this evolution.

I'm currently working on a Java run Combat Management System software, based on Spring (used as a component assembler) and a distributed data architecture based on Corba, as a software engineer and also as a trainer on these real time technologies. My former mission was developing a J2EE software based on the Struts (client tier) and EJB 2.0 (business tier) frameworks.
