As Global Labeling Project Leader I am responsible for leading cross-functional teams through multiple projects from initiation to project closure with limited direction. I must ensure that labeling changes are produced and implemented at the associated Global Manufacturing Plants as programmed. This is achieved through meetings optimization and communication with stakeholders to ensure the project adheres to the scope and timelines. Hence, delivering to commitments. I am responsible for owning, managing and monitoring diverse labeling projects. I develop and write project scope descriptions and rationale based on the labeling request’s scope and requirements. I determine execution strategy in Change Management System and develop change plans activities to ensure timely activity closure.

Reporting to the Pre-press Manager and responsible for coordinating the Pre-press functions in line with Operations requirements. The role required me to schedule work to maintain the efficient use of equipment and resources. With a lean mindset, together with the teams and finance, ensured that orders & inventory were according to plan. Building up SOPs & WI (Work Instructions) and ensuring that they were followed while providing guidance when they were unclear. Following and engaging the teams in ISO procedures. Work with client services mindset to help improve workflows. Minimized waste and comprehended cost (Kaizen Approach). Ensure employees are productive and working on WIP or other tasks approved by the Prepress Manager. Guaranteeing clear communications between the different operations within the department. Interpreting the company/department policies to workers while enforcing safety regulations. Understand and communicate complete job information to employees within the department. Maintain production and quality standards. Ensure that training schedules were in place for employees to use software, equipment and inline processes. Conduct daily walkabouts to engage employees. Coordinating, assisting and updating the Prepress Manager of purchases for the department. Assisting in employee development and growth within the department.

Create graphics suitable for packaging components that convey product message; design layout to fit regulations and emphasize the importance of appropriate information. Responsible for executing day-to-day activities to support Global Labeling operations.

As a Validation Officer I was responsible for the development, purchasing, planning, implementation and validation of new or upgraded equipment or systems. This role was in response to develop viable solutions to problems identified at manufacturing.

As Complaints Coordinator, my role was to handle the complaints from the Company’s complaint database and to determine the need for complaint sample return. Receive and decontaminate complaint samples (if applicable). Analyze the complaint sample and/or applicable documentation to determine the root cause of the reported problem. Follow up with the Complaint owner to obtain additional information. Document the results of the investigation in the complaint handling database and make the appropriate assignments.

As Documentation Officer my role was to keep a systematic up-to-date filing process in context to Master documents and Design updates. This incorporated updates of Blueprints’ and BOMs’ part/set designs with respect to the needed changes.
