I’m a finance leader who enjoys bringing order, clarity, and forward momentum to complex organizations. Today I lead Accounting & Finance at A3 — Association for Advancing Automation, supporting the growth of the automation industry through stronger education, advocacy, and strategic insights.My career began at PwC and KPMG, followed by more than a decade in internal audit and international tax at BorgWarner, where I learned the value of good questions, practical solutions, and building trust across global teams. Now at A3, I’m focused on building a finance function that helps the organization make confident, data-driven decisions.Community leadership is an important part of my life. I currently serve on the Board of Governors at St. Clair College, previously served as Board Chair at Windsor Regional Hospital, and continue as Treasurer of the Windsor Essex County Sports Hall of Fame.
