• Oversee the coordination and management of the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods. • Managing budgets such as EDMI Warehouse vs. Forwarder, tracking expenses, and developing and implementing operational policies and procedures. • Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and transportation companies to optimize costs and delivery schedules. • Monitor and resolve issues related to transportation delays or discrepancies. • Develop and maintain accurate inventory tracking systems (Excel files) and conducting regular audits (system vs actual) to ensure stock levels align with operational needs and minimize discrepancies • Ensure the safety and integrity of stock at all times. • Manage stock replenishment, stock rotation, and cycle counts • Oversee the existing order from the plant and allocate all the stocks for the incoming or existing customer’s order. • Implement strategies to reduce inventory carrying costs while maintaining adequate stock levels • Managing day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow and efficient resource utilization • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to align operational activities • Develop simplification and standardization processes to accelerate logistical procedure and enhance efficiencies of the operations • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of logistics, inventory, and operations/warehouse staff • Assign tasks, set performance goals, and development opportunities • Generate and present regular reports on inventory levels, operational efficiency, and logistics performance to management • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in logistics and operations management. • Collaborate with the Management team for the forecasting of demand and stocks to fulfill the incoming customer’s order. • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries • Ensure on-time processing and delivery of confirmed orders to customers.

• Providing the quality procedures, quality manual, and work instructions for every department. • Assist the TQM Manager in the documentation, revision and control of company procedures, work instructions and quality forms. • Conducts Time and Motion Study, work measurement, gap analysis and related IE tools and present findings and suggestions to the TQM Manager. • Develops new methods, best practices and set target levels for complex/non-standard operations. • Undertakes specialized studies, implements new technology, facility design, layout design, functional specifications and feasibility studies. • Assist the TQM Manager in conducting internal quality and 5s audit. • Helps the TQM Manager to determine if the submitted Corrective and Preventive Actions (CPA) of the department or sub-unit will address the root cause of the problem. • Assist TQM Manager to conduct the Internal Quality Audit to gauge compliance of the Department. • Supports TQM Manager to monitor, validate and evaluate the effectiveness of the CPA taken. • Performs other functions from time to time as per the directive of the TQM Manager.

• Posting all the finished preparation of the items per warehouse shipments of a store. • Monitoring the Pending warehouse shipments. • Monitoring the delivery schedule. • Calculate the courier freight of every delivery in provincial stores. • Re-logistics of the requested items by the sales. • Monitoring of pending return items. • Creating and Transfer Orders of pull out items from a store through NAV system. • Tracking / auditing the items in a location storage of the warehouse. • Helps the SCM Head to identify and tracing the items both in warehouse and retail store.
