• Managed supply chain activities for Nigeria operations with a team of 11 persons cutting across several functions including logistics, production planning and scheduling, pipe management services, inventory management, foreign trade, and invoicing. • Managed execution of major line pipe coating projects most notably the five-layer polypropylene and concrete weight coating for Ikike field project (Total Energies) valued at ~ 18 US$ Mill. • Reduced operational costs (~1.4 US$ Mill. annually) by redesigning storage and traffic plan in Onne pipe yard to achieve overall reduction in footprint and consequently, annual rental costs.

• Managed the execution of several multimillion-dollar line pipe coating projects in Nigeria. Some notable projects include, Idoho and OSO QIT pipeline replacement projects (Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited), ANOH gas project (Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria), Gbaran field project (Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria), OKAN debottlenecking project (Chevron Nigeria Limited). • Developed and implemented a demand planning practice as well as a stock replenishment routine for critical raw materials to mitigate risk of stockout. • Improved profitability of coating projects by expanding supplier base to enhance price competitiveness during procurement.

• Incorporated industrial management activities in individual facilities in the region (Nigeria, United Kingdom and Denmark) to a unified scheme. • Coordinated industrial planning activities for line pipe coating aspect of SANKOFA OCTP Project (Concrete weight coating on 24” line pipes for ENI), Takoradi, Ghana.
