Oversaw the operation in Northern India including developing of new regions and directing a team of 150+ in construction activities for three hotels, two high end residential developments comprising of 9 to 18 towers, fit out works for offices (turnkey), and two plotted developments of 200 acres that included infrastructure development, villas, and row houses. Managed the scope of project management, contracts, controlling and monitoring costs through all phases of project development. Sector: residential, Hotels, Hospitals, Commercials, Refurbishment and Fit outs and turnkey development. In charge of operations and responsible for delivery of projects in Northern India.

Completed construction and start-up activities from planning/design phase through to commissioning. Responsible for project management, technical evaluation, on-site coordination of structural, mechanical, electrical engineering and Health and Safety. Projects involved the University of Sharjah Teaching Hospital – designed with state of the art finishes and equipment’s, University of Sharjah Dental Hospital and ancillary building supporting this facility. Key Contributions: ⇨ Headed a Project Group of Engineers/ Architects at Contract Award Stage which also included redesigning the entire facility in accordance with the local codes and the Project Management for the Project. ⇨ Determined the best usage of resources to support project requirements considering budgetary restrictions. ⇨ Cut costs with planning options to highlight methods to achieve key strategic initiatives in construction, HVAC/electrical/plumbing, interior finishes, structural and site infrastructure work.
