I have built my career at the intersection of digital infrastructure, cloud ecosystems, and mission-critical data centre operations—partnering with regional and global stakeholders to deliver resilient, scalable, and high-performance platforms across Asia-Pacific.With over 15 years of experience across IT strategy, data centre operations, and infrastructure transformation, I have developed a strong ability to align technology capabilities with business growth—particularly within hyperscale environments, financial services infrastructure, and interconnection ecosystems across Hong Kong and Singapore.Since joining Equinix in 2019, I have been actively involved in advancing regional infrastructure strategy and operational excellence across key data centre hubs. In 2022, I was appointed Chief Technology Officer, where I now lead digital transformation, infrastructure modernisation, and cybersecurity governance across Hong Kong and selected Asia-Pacific markets.My focus is on building high-availability, energy-efficient, and future-ready data centre environments that support hyperscale clients, financial institutions, and latency-sensitive workloads—while ensuring regulatory compliance and long-term sustainability.I believe:Infrastructure performs best when it is invisible—but becomes critical when it matters most
