• Work with ~20 families at any given time in navigating a broad range of crisis situations and accessing community resources to change their situations • Facilitate Child Family Team Meetings according to agency deadlines to create and carry out individualized service plans • Develop and implement treatment plans in keeping with the priorities and focus of a family’s needs • Maintain records of therapeutic activities, clients’ progress and evaluations needed to create plans • Collaborate with treatment programs, court systems, child study teams, probation officers and DCPP workers

• Taught adolescents and adults music theory and multiple styles of play ranging from beginner to advanced • First chair in Keene State’s guitar orchestra performing classical music recitals throughout the country • Performed in multiple bands opening for national/major label acts • Worked with countless booking agencies and venues to set up and accomplish successful events

• Worked with diverse adolescents 13-18 struggling with various disorders in a residential treatment center • Managed a team responsible for all treatment documentation, and was responsible for assigning and enforcing roles for every counselor on the unit • Counseled individuals suffering from bipolar disorder, depression, addiction, oppositional defiant disorder, autism, schizophrenia, PTSD and conduct disorders • Resolved crises of violence, self-harm, runaway behaviors, drug abuse/overdose and general emotional outbursts • Led therapeutic groups centered on coping mechanisms, life skills, self-reflection and current events • Applied music background to create relevant music based groups and private lessons
