A brief history about myself. I have over 20 years in the construction business, starting off as a laborer for a small commercial construction company. Developing my skills as a carpenter and concrete finisher, opened my own custom concrete company and successfully running that for several years before shutting it down and joining the ranks of a very large and reputable heavy civil construction company. In my last role as General Superintendent for a multi billion dollar hydro electric project in Northern Manitoba, responsible for multiple structural and civil superintendents and up to 250 employees at any given time. Safety, Environmental protection and Quality is at the top of my list when building any project, and I personally feel that when you have those under control, the production will come
