Drove the business plan to achieve facility goals (for example, production, quality, safety) by implementing operational improvements; monitoring and tracking expenses and capital expenditures compared to budget; monitoring asset utilization; and developing, distributing, and/ or maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.

• Led 48 craftsman by planning facility infrastructure for contingency operations covering 6 countries. Executed 5 large scale projects valued at $13M by managing the preparation, reviewing and/or analyzing project requirements completing project timeline 8 months ahead of schedule.

• Managed tasks and administrative processes for leadership. Drove the correspondence and timeliness of all organization tasks for 497 personnel.

• Led electrical, structural, and utility subject matter experts. Developed facility condition indexes and drove 824K sq ft yearly assessments across $4.8B infrastructure. Quality assured accuracy for 492 facilities and managed Sustainment Management System data program.

• Completed 1.5K lighting protection readings and repair. Certified 23 Nuclear facilities bi-annually supporting European defense missions.
