Sahara Behavioral Health is a valley wide and highly recognized psychiatric and addiction medicine O.P. clinic. With 6 locations in the state of Arizona, we are helping to bridge the gaps in access for mental health services through medication management and evidence based therapeutic treatments. Sahara Behavioral Health has services available in person and telemedicine and is expanding to offer more treatment options for patients. As a marketing and engagement coordinator, I play a role in handling patient needs as they are referred to our offices. Making sure their expectations are exceeded by managing our communication channels such as our socials, phone lines, and emails. This also includes creating targeted marketing strategies through outreach and content creation.

As a Prevention Specialist i am responsible for providing HIV/STI prevention and general sexual health education to people living with HIV and people at risk of acquiring or transmitting HIV and other sexually transmitted infections. It is my duty to remove stigma caused by generational trauma and disparities. Lastly It is my personal mission to provide equal access to healthcare for LGBTQIA+ communities and other marginalized groups.

Maintain key metrics, utilize internal systems to create client relations; promotion of brand image; & encourage return service; staff and schedule as needed to maintain sales and budget; create event calendars, cash reconciliation and management; opening and end of day procedures; inventory practices, annual overnight inventory and daily OH procedures; use of telexon zebra softwares; store conditioning; build NPS scoring by talent building.

Multi-platform social influencer/ training lead, maintain, build, & follow through PR contacts; create branded content that promotes, inspires & educates prospects; communicate with internal departments to form quarterly strategy & oversee execution; lead engagement and direct sales to create traffic across retail sites, stores, and events
