MAXF1 will deliver a unified, global strategy combining early insight, disciplined follow-on capital, and long-term value creation across the full venture maturity curve. Via a marketing outreach, I am currently working on raising the fund by conducting a LP search email campaign.

I served as Managing Partner of Capsarii Ventures, providing advisory and consulting services focused on venture acceleration and capital formation. Advised emerging-stage companies on capital readiness for institutional and strategic investor funding, including pitch deck development, diligence preparation, deal structure considerations, and verification of investor-facing deliverables. Supported accelerator-affiliated companies, including engagements with Manos Accelerator, in preparing fundable company narratives and execution plans aligned with investor expectations.

Served as an Advisory Board Member to AlphaSwing, a subscription-based SaaS platform delivering proprietary capital markets sentiment analytics for trade education and trade selection. The platform is available via web, iOS, and Android and covers securities listed on the NYSE, NYSE American, and NASDAQ. Provided strategic guidance on product direction, market positioning, and capital markets use cases. Contributed domain expertise to the ongoing development of a next-generation analytics platform focused on portfolio-level, delta-neutral hedging analysis utilizing Equity FLEX Options.

Served as Senior Managing Director and COO of Praetorian Venture Partners - a venture capital firm that had practice executing end-to-end liquidity event deliverables in the areas of strategic planning, business development, information technology, and investment banking. -> For emerging startup companies, performed end-to-end evaluation and due diligence for execution of a syndicated SPV. Investment Thesis targeted companies spanning Seed to Series A investments ranging between $1M and $3M with variation on the upper bound. -> For emerging startup companies, consideration for services included interim C-suite positions, strategic planning in the areas of IT application development, organizational management, product management, product marketing, and business development. -> For emerging startup companies, executed long-term capital formation strategies including market research and developing acquisition criteria and pitch books for portfolio companies for a M&A exit transaction via the firm’s investment banking practice. -> For areas in corporate development, executed and managed business development strategies to develop pipelines of deal flow from a variety of channels such as startup accelerators, family offices, and angel investors. -> Developed accelerator-style artifacts and collateral to educate incoming entrepreneurs on effective pitch development including a capital readiness framework roadmap and financial modeling requirements leading to needs for Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs). -> Participated in fundraising exercises for the firm’s formal VC portfolio fund including solicitation of capital commitment from limited partners, pitch deck development, fund preparation, general operations, fund structure layout, and portfolio construction.

Served as an Advisory Board Member to Symbol Master, a market-infrastructure provider supporting data integrity and interoperability across options markets. The company delivers a centralized, exchange-integrated repository for options symbology, enabling consistent identification of options contracts across exchanges and market participants. -> Advised on product strategy, market positioning, and capital markets use cases involving options data, corporate actions, and intraday contract changes (including strike line additions). Contributed domain expertise at the intersection of derivatives markets, market structure, and data-driven trading and risk management systems.

Co-founded and served as a partner of Projection Capital Markets, a holding company focused on alternative investment strategy research and consulting. The firm developed proprietary intellectual property centered on non-standardized approaches to standardized public markets, integrating quantitative research with practical portfolio construction frameworks. -> The partnership managed its non-ERISA capital at the corporate level, applying internally developed research alongside hedge-fund-inspired trading and risk management strategies within constructed portfolios. Activities emphasized portfolio optimization, hedging mechanics, and disciplined exposure management rather than discretionary individual trading. -> Additionally, the firm bootstrapped the development of a portfolio optimization and risk-management tool designed for retail investors, enabling delta-neutral hedging strategies against existing equity portfolios.

Served on the advisory board for Drono Robotics - an early-stage aerospace R&D company focused on developing advanced active drag-reduction technologies for commercial jet aircraft. The company explored plasma-physics–based and computational fluid dynamics–driven approaches intended to reduce fuel consumption and carbon emissions across prescribed flight profiles, while also lowering noise levels during takeoff.

CXO Collective was a startup private equity firm ‒ comprised of entrepreneurs, investors, and C-level executives ‒ that provides access to deal flow with financial and intellectual capital via leveraged buyout (LBO) transactions ‒ allowing for the facilitation of growth strategies for established later stage companies seeking to expand their corporate entity or to exit current management ownership.

Delivered strategic consulting engagements across capital markets, technology, and regulated industries, advising clients on platform architecture, operational models, and complex program execution. Services included technology strategy, business analysis, and onshore/offshore program management in partnership with client leadership teams. Selected engagement: SEC Rule 613 – Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT): Through a strategic alliance with Tata Consultancy Services, advised on project management and business analysis for the RFP response to SEC Rule 613, which mandates the development and operation of a centralized audit trail capturing all U.S. equity and options orders, modifications, cancellations, and executions across national securities exchanges. Conducted comparative analysis of existing audit systems (NASDAQ OATS and NYSE OTS) to inform CAT system design, industry impact, and adoption considerations. Contributed to the definition of program governance, change management approach, and large-scale data management strategy for a system designed to store and analyze tens of petabytes of market data.

Founded in 1855 and situated on a hilltop on the northeastern corner of Golden Gate Park, the University of San Francisco is the Jesuit university of San Francisco, California known for its rigorous academic programs, commitment to social justice, and global perspective. USF emphasizes ethical leadership, critical thinking, and community engagement, preparing students to excel in professional and civic life and is a member of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities (AJCU). I worked on a team that delivered a leadership project to the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce which enticed its member to enroll and complete the Neighborhood Emergency Response Training (NERT) program, sponsored by the San Francisco Fire Department, which trains citizens in safety protocol after a natural disaster such as a earthquake. Final deliverable included a documents to continue the program for enrollment and re-certification over time.
