-Receive instructions from Production Manager related to handling and following-up on specific projects and prepares projects' plans accordingly. -Coordinate with Maintenance Department regarding projects' resourcing to ensure adequate resources allocation for projects execution. -Coordinate with Suppliers, Procurement and Store concerning any delays in delivery of critical Parts and update concerned accordingly. -Analyze Production Data (notably related to OEE, Waste, Delays, ...), conduct a Root Cause Analysis, and propose Corrective Actions to Production Manager. -Communicate with Customer Service, Maintenance and Technical Department for new product development in terms of machines development. -Issue the monthly production reports, and submit to Production Manager when needed. -Attend daily meetings with the Production Team Leader and Management, respectively. -Implement Lean Manufacturing tools in the production area. -Conduct 5S inspection daily in the production area. Manage and follow-up on TPM-AM implementation. -Implement Management Systems procedures and instructions related to his /her function(s). -Adhere to the different Management Systems requirements as required by the job. -Report problem(s), near misses and risks related to the Management Systems to the head of department.

• Design of HVAC and Plumbing systems for hospitals in collaboration with international clients. • Design of ducts and sizing of chilled water pipes and air terminals. • Design of smoke management system.

-Develop long term relationships with clients and present the appropriate consultancy. -Manage projects and operations. -Deal with suppliers. -Assemble generators and execute their electrical wiring in addition to the electrical control panels. -Check on generators on a regular basis and perform preventive maintenance.

Managed and coordinated several international events and festivals (Cedars, Jounieh and Ghosta international festivals).

Evaluated the damage of the buildings located in the regions affected by the blast of the Port of Beirut.

-Accomplished a training period covering: Planning & Design, Construction & AMI, Operations & Maintenance. -Site visit to Adma power plant. -Visited the clients’ request location in order to check the compatibility of the place, and request the required equipment to provide safe electricity delivery to the client.
