Anthony founded Terminal.Global with the vision of being able to offer first-class information, analytics, and execution platform for the cryptocurrency industry. Serving as the founder of Fianit Investment Company, Anthony was responsible for setting the company’s vision and making sure that it was unique and attractive to potential clients. He had a duty to set a broad strategy for the firm would have and execute on it. Fianit was set up as a fully regulated and licensed (through Central of bank of Russia, with a full set of 4 licences). There, he concentrated on creating value for his valued customers and making sure that the company was constantly evolving and changing with the times. In 2018, as Anthony became increasingly more involved in crypto, he sold his shares to a local banking institution in Russia, and left the business completely to focus on the Terminal.Global project.

Working at the private bank in Saint Petersburg, Baltic Financial Agency, Anthony managed a bank portfolio valued at $70 million, alongside servicing the internal asset management unit. Additional responsibilities included managing trades from inception to post-trade analysis, including building trades, pre-trade analysis, execution, and settlement. He was also responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and that the best execution policies were adhered to, along with designing trade architecture, trading policies, and procedures, as well as broker evaluations and keeping detailed records of trades. BFA bank would be liquidated in 2017, five years after he left the bank.

Anthony’s responsibilities as Chief Trader at TKB Capital included analysing short-term economic trends, assessing the risks of securities, and informing the relevant departments of recent trends as well as the face value of securities. Additionally, he oversaw the evaluation of the performance regarding trade strategies to assess whether they needed to be implemented. As the Chief Trader, Anthony leveraged his in-depth knowledge of financial markets to make accurate judgment calls regarding buying and selling securities. Furthermore, he helped the company attract new clients by maintaining and enhancing marketing materials while regularly monitoring portfolios to ensure compliance with guidelines. He managed a fixed income portfolio of the company over $100 million USD.

After graduating from Bristol University, Anthony was hired as a trainee broker at the UK-Based ICAP. Anthony facilitated and executed trades on behalf of institutional clients in listed and OTC financial markets (rotating through equity, derivatives, forex and fixed income desks). Here, he developed relationships with both local traders at large banking institutions such as Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs, and set up a broker-trader relationship with top 30 banks and investment companies in Russia. As a voice broker, he developed fast-thinking skills, and learnt a big deal about being a team player. Anthony helped broker one of the largest ever fixed income deals the desk ever had.
