- Initiate procurement processes autonomously, evaluate bids, sends, and tracks orders until delivery of goods and/or services; - Collaborate and communicate directly with suppliers (domestic and international) and order placers to ensure high quality, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery of goods/services; - Organize and monitor the shipment of goods, locally and abroad; - Update and manage supplier database; - Ensure that all procurement activities are tracked and mapped on ERP system/database; - Prepare data analysis and reports necessary to optimize the planning and contracting process; - Cooperate with the project/engineering teams and provide them with support related to procurement processes; - Provide administrative support to the department.
