I am developing a family of small models dedicated to cybersecurity and threat intelligence. I combine a unique hands-on perspective that bridges executive level experience with technical operations, compliance frameworks, and strategic AI development, ensuring that innovation and governance evolve together in every layer of the ecosystem - from code to boardroom. With over 30 years' experience in IT, AI, cybersecurity and financial innovation, I have been deeply involved in driving technological advancements. I started my career in the early '90s by co-founding neuroWare, a company that developed predictive tools based on neural networks and expert systems for financial markets. My personal responsibilities in the company were: - creation and operazionalization of the company itself - supervision of IT and operations, - supervision of cybersecurity - fraud management - Data center and DR policies - systems development and maintanance - change management - development, implementation and maintenance of the commercial and SLA ’s contracts, - management and/or support of strategic initiatives related to issuing and acquiring on behalf of Bank Pekao and also UCI group in the past, - Cooperation with payment schemes, - Compliance. During that period we implemented numerous numbers of innovative and challenging projects. The Alternative Distribution Channels Division was created within Bank Pekao in order to consolidate all non-branch sale channels including also issuing and acquiring business lines with independent P/L and business targets. The list of the division’s business lines and services I was responsible for: - call center/IVR, - WEB/mobile banking channels, - fraud detection and cybersecurity of WEB/mobile banking channels - card processing (creation of the Centrum Kart SA company and assets/services spin-off from the Bank to the company), - POS acquiring (reorganisation of business, including activation of the Bank’s branches as sale channels), - card issuing, - migration of the in-house data center into the outsourced one (full migration including infrastructure, people, and services), - ATM processing, - external retail network of around 600 employees - collection. I reported directly to Pekao Board Member and I was responsible for division creation and daily management of it.
