I am building a sovereign AI platform (Cloud for AI) for commercial enterprises and the public sector. It operates both on-premises and in the private and public cloud, offering full data&models control and regulatory compliance. My responsibilities include systems architecture and enterprise deployments. Designing AI solutions for regulated sectors with deployment flexibility, ranging from private data centres to hybrid/multi-cloud environments. I lead a professional services effort dedicated to AI initiatives, both internally and for external clients. My focus is on data sovereignty, security-first architectures and practical AI for business.

carc.ai is a research-driven initiative focused on advancing AI Security, Explainability, and Cyber Defense Automation. Our work combines large language models, symbolic reasoning, and secure multi-agent architectures to enhance trust and resilience in intelligent systems. We develop the CARC model family—LLMs specialized for cybersecurity, SIEM operations, and threat intelligence. These models are designed to analyze incidents, detect anomalies, automate playbooks, and provide interpretable reasoning traces for SOC environments. Our technology enables: - Explainable threat detection in SIEM platforms with full audit trails - AI-driven threat intelligence analysis with verifiable reasoning chains - Mechanistic interpretability for security-critical AI decisions - Robust, adversarial-resistant models for production security environments Our research focus on adversarial robustness, model alignment and auditability, and explainable decision pipelines compliant with EU AI Act, DORA, and NIS2. By uniting AI safety principles with applied security engineering. Ultimate goal of carc.ai is to bridge the gap between advanced model research and operational cybersecurity.

Centrum Kart is a card processing company, wholly owned subsidiary of Bank Pekao SA, providing a variety of services related to cards, ATM’s, POS processing, card embossing, fraud monitoring, claims management, mobile payments and mobile banking among others. My personal responsibilities in the company were: - creation and operazionalization of the company itself - supervision of IT and operations, - supervision of cybersecurity - fraud management - Data center and DR policies - systems development and maintanance - change management - development, implementation and maintenance of the commercial and SLA ’s contracts, - management and/or support of strategic initiatives related to issuing and acquiring on behalf of Bank Pekao and also UCI group in the past, - Cooperation with payment schemes, - Compliance. During that period we implemented numerous numbers of innovative and challenging projects. The following, among others: - Integration with BLIK/PSP payment scheme in 2018 - Implementation of ApplePay in 2018 - Participation in implementation of new mobile banking platform based on PeoPay for Bank Pekao (winner EFMA Innovation of the Year AWARD in 2018) - Centrum Kart is maintaining the solution for the bank - Migration of card portfolio to M/Chip Advance - The world’s first implementation of HCE cards for Mastercard product in 2014 - Cross border acquiring implementation in 2014 - Leader role for processing facilities optimisation project for UniCredit Group countries - Implementation of the first widely used mobile payment solution on Polish market called PeoPay in 2012/2013 - Migration of the whole Bank Pekao card portfolio to contactless in 2011 - Migration of issuing to external outsourcer - SIA SSB - Implementation of EMV on both issuing and acquiring sides in 2009 - Supervision of Pekao-BPH merge in the area of cards and ATMs

The Alternative Distribution Channels Division was created within Bank Pekao in order to consolidate all non-branch sale channels including also issuing and acquiring business lines with independent P/L and business targets. The list of the division’s business lines and services I was responsible for: - call center/IVR, - WEB/mobile banking channels, - fraud detection and cybersecurity of WEB/mobile banking channels - card processing (creation of the Centrum Kart SA company and assets/services spin-off from the Bank to the company), - POS acquiring (reorganisation of business, including activation of the Bank’s branches as sale channels), - card issuing, - migration of the in-house data center into the outsourced one (full migration including infrastructure, people, and services), - ATM processing, - external retail network of around 600 employees - collection. I reported directly to Pekao Board Member and I was responsible for division creation and daily management of it.

Director of Professional Services - Capital Markets, Softbank SA At that time Softbank was one of the biggest IT integrator on the Polish market (currently Asseco). I was responsible for creating and running of the professional services department oriented towards financial/capital markets markets. Earlier Prior to the above I was an employe of: 1. Arthur Andersen consultancy company on the position of Senior Manager 2. Zeto-Rodan sp. z o.o - a software house developing systems for stock exchange market and brokerage.

I was a founder and co-owner of Neuroware. A software house company specialising in development of prediction and behavioural tools for trading. Tools were based on big data techniques, neural networks, genetic algorithms and expert systems. The company was acquired by Zeto-Rodan in 1995.
