I am an HR Operations and People Operations leader with over 20 years of experience driving workforce effectiveness, operational excellence, and HR execution across complex, regulated environments. I bring a disciplined, outcomes-focused approach to aligning people, processes, and systems in support of organizational goals. My background spans senior HR operations, training and workforce readiness, and cross-functional project leadership. Serving in both civilian and uniformed capacities within the U.S. Army, I’ve led HR initiatives, advised senior leaders, and delivered time-sensitive projects that improved operational efficiency, data integrity, and compliance. I am known for translating strategy into execution and leading teams through change with clarity and accountability. I operate with a project-driven, continuous-improvement mindset, supported by Lean Six Sigma training, PMP coursework, and a nearly completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
