I am a Production and Lean Engineer focused on improving manufacturing systems through a combination of hands-on problem solving, Lean methodology (TPS), and digital tools. In my current role at Balticsofa, I work across multiple areas — from process engineering and daily problem solving on the shop floor to leading industrial projects and building digital systems. My approach is simple: understand the real problem, go to the process, and improve it in a practical way. I have led the digitalization of a fabric cutting department, replacing manual processes with a barcode-based system built using Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power BI. This eliminated wasted time, improved traceability, and enabled data-driven decisions that reduced fabric waste and stabilized operations.
