I come from Enshi, Hubei Province—a mountainous region where economic opportunities were limited. From 1993 to 2010, I accumulated 17 years of senior marketing management experience in multinational corporations, working with globally recognized brands such as LG, Bosch, Bose, and Orion. My responsibilities spanned the white goods, black goods, and professional audio sectors, where I led full-range product marketing—from televisions and air conditioners to professional audio systems. In 2011, I founded Really Technology and launched the "Really锐丽" brand. Since then, we have not only witnessed but actively contributed to the evolution of China’s flat-panel display splicing technology. Our PDP products once ranked among the top three in domestic sales, while our LCD splicing units also secured a position in the national top ten, earning Really recognition as one of China’s top ten renowned brands in the splicing industry. As display technology continued to advance, the company strategically expanded into emerging sectors in 2013, including smart meeting panels, intelligent teaching blackboards, and digital signage. Our smart meeting panels performed notably well in e-commerce channels, gradually establishing a leadership position in this specialized segment. After 2015, facing the rapid emergence of small-pitch LED technology and its profound impact on high-end sectors such as security and command dispatch, Really promptly initiated a strategic shift from LCD to LED. We continued to advance into finer pitch technologies such as P0.9, smoothly transitioning and reorienting our business focus across these two technological pathways. Since the rise of AI technologies in 2019, while continuing to develop our traditional display business, we have actively pursued the deep integration of core display technology with AI. This effort has led to the successful incubation of a range of innovative terminal products, including intelligent reception robots, AI-based self-service photo booths, smart bus stops, intelligent storage lockers, and AI holographic transparent display cabinets—all designed to meet growing and diversified market demand with intelligent, integrated solutions. In 2022, to capture post-pandemic opportunities and strengthen production capacity, we established a new smart factory in Ningbo. With a floor area of over 10,000 square meters and fully connected production lines, the facility ensures efficient, high-quality manufacturing across diverse product categories, reliably fulfilling customer orders.
