I was working in Mentor Graphics Noida as an EDA tool developer. As part of the testbench express (TBX) team I was responsible for developing the runtime kernel support for the hw-sw co-emulation product. I was also a part of the fornt-end behavioral compilation team.

I am responsible for business growth of Mentor’s digital implementation products - High Level Synthesis tool, Catapult and the ASIC frontend Power Optimization tool, PowerPro. I drive the product and business strategy with a goal to grow the annual run-rate by 3X in next 5 years. I manage all aspects of challenges in scaling up including performance KPIs to keep track of product and business goals.

Responsible for managing and developing the Mentor emulation product, Veloce, business in wired networking and communication markets. I own the product and strategy in this vertical. including the solution portfolio and the product roadmap

As a frontline account manager, I was responsible for the sales strategy, execution of that strategy and deployment of Mentor Graphics’ emulation platform, Veloce, for the designated accounts in the silicon valley and pacific west coast – including 7 of the top 10 fabless companies. My job was to both demonstrate as well as capture the value of Veloce in the target accounts.

As a verification guru, I was responsible for creating acceleration methodologies that can leverage, define and advance Mentor Graphics’ comodeling solution for Veloce emulation platform. In particular, I led the evolution and deployment of UVM acceleration methodology using Veloce TBX™ and worked with customers to ensure smooth adoption into their use flows.

CGNet Swara is a communication solution targeted towards rural communities in India with little access to internet. The aim is to bridge the gap between online and offline worlds using mobile phones as primary communication device. I work with Swara as a technical and solution consultant.
