Collaborated with demand manager and supplier for factory commit on Supply & Operation (S&OP). Optimize inventory projection control in safety stock target, excess and obsolete inventories (E&O). Manage for manufacturing build plan for output per S&OP commit to demand manager. Collaborate with material control team for CTB on build plan. Driving engineering & production team to meet manufacturing output on plan. Collaborate with IE for production capacity management.

o Managing for new product/program/project of magnetic hard disk drives introduce and launch to factory with achieve all product/program/project requirements. o Collaborate to cross functional team to driving projects to achieve goals / KPI / DGR. o Consolidate overall assembly line information and pitch report to top management. o Leading Assembly Failure Analysis and provide containment and preventive action plan. o Automate manufacturing implementation to factory. o Consult in technical support, data analysis on evaluation. o Consult/Review on Tooling/Machine design, Product design through DFA/DFM. o Leading of factory cost saving project ($1.09M / yr).
