Absorbed into a full-time position after completing student on-the-job training. Handled new project development (NPD) across various categories, including Hair Care, Personal Care, Skin Care, Men’s Care, Baby Care, and Cosmetics which has wide category in packaging such as rigid packaging, flexible packaging and corrugated box. Managed biodegradable projects, ensuring packaging within my category aligns with biodegradable packaging requirements. Collaborated with different suppliers both local and international from artwork up to delivery process. Created technical documents, including Packaging Development Compliance, Filling and Packaging Instructions, Work Instructions, BOM, and Packaging Material Specifications. Collaborated with manufacturing and visit toll manufacturers to validation runs and facilitate plant trials. Led GPI (Gross Profit Income) projects by sourcing and studying packaging options to reduce costs. Worked closely with marketing and supply chain management departments to manage end-to-end projects, from artwork approval to final packaging process.

Conducted dimensional and functional tests to evaluate product performance and quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications, and created test reports based on the results. Experienced with a variety of testing equipment, including calipers, horizontal band sealers, height gauges, ink rub testers, vacuum leak testers, micrometers, and vibration testers. Conducted supplier visits, third-party manufacturing trials and validations, and logistics rework, gaining a strong understanding of supplier management and relationship dynamics.
