• Manage procurement activities to support smooth production operations • Control and ensure purchasing aligns with the approved budget • Create Purchase Orders (PO) • Handle goods receiving and coordinate with suppliers • Negotiate pricing, quality, and lead time with suppliers • Maintain invoice records and manage office supplies (ATK) • Operate and manage data in ERP systems • Support new model projects • Participate in SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) programs

• Perform data entry and maintain data accuracy • Manage and update dies card history data • Handle purchasing of spare parts and tools from suppliers • Manage procurement and purchasing activities • Prepare delivery documents (surat jalan) • Receive and verify spare parts and tools • Prepare summary and cost reduction analysis for spare parts • Create and revise Work Instructions (WI) and forms • Prepare monthly reports • Monitor and control spare parts inventory • Negotiate with suppliers (price, quality, and lead time) • Update spare parts usage cost data • Prepare monthly checksheets machine • Manage document filing and act as PIC for documentation • Coordinate procurement activities to support production operations • Ensure purchasing aligns with the approved budget

• Perform final inspection on tester results (OK/NG) and proceed with date stamping for approved products • Conduct 100% visual inspection to ensure product quality
