Independently manage accounts receivable for logistics operations across Poland, Germany and Spain, supporting over 32 active monthly clients (Handle billing, reconciliation, collection risk monitoring for warehousing, last-mile delivery, carrier transportation and cross-border air & ocean freight services) 2. Verify multi-currency billing data and ensure pricing accuracy across different price structures; issuing invoices and follow up on payments 3. Review AR settlement processes for compliance and implement risk controls to identify and mitigate potential financial risks 4. Monitor customer payment behavior through DSO analysis, proactively addressing overdue balances to ensure healthy cash flow 5.
