Responsibility: 1.Mainly responsible for finding and recruiting talents for multinational companies in manufacturing, automobile, environmental protection and other industries 2. Job analysis, candidates searching, CV screening, 1st round interview, offer negotiation, background check, etc. 3. Be familiar with the hiring process and keep a good relationship with customer, also provide recruiting suggestions/solutions to customers during the cooperation; 4. Focus functions: manufacturing roles (production/engineering/quality/supply chain/lean, etc.), r&d, sales, etc

Responsibility: 1.Responsible for the execution of hiring and sourcing talent, cover Minor-languages Agents/ Supporting Staffs/ Management Roles/ etc. 2.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality of candidates and to meet the needs of Business 3.Evaluate external labor market conditions, analyze recruiting trends, and candidate feedback to ensure we know the market conditions well and also meet expectations of the Business According to the job requisitions requested by hiring departments, try the best to source suitable candidates timely Manage recruiting channels (Direct sourcing/ Websites/ Internal recommendation/ Consulting/ etc.) make sure the recruiting requirements being fulfilled timely Build talent pool and keep expanding it continuously; Internal & external communication with all function leaders, build a good relationship with all functions; 4.Responsible for communicating with the APAC headquarters and completing the training of workday system; 5.Responsible for the cooperation and communication with Branding department of the company to expand the company's brand influence, so as to better complete the recruitment
