Experienced Senior Manager with over 23 years of work experience in the hospital & health care industry (CMC Vellore)-headed the Clinical Operations in CMC Vellore and was instrumental in the transition planning for the Specialty Centre in their new Campus at Ranipet followed by two years as the CEO of the City Clinic Group Kuwait,UAE and India . Strong hospital operations professional with an M.Phil. in Health & Hospital Systems Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and a PG Diploma in Medical Law and Ethics from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. A team leader and excellent motivational strategist, resourceful in capacity building and optimizing human capital with a proven track record of innovative implementation of projects from concept to reality. During my two year tenure as CEO of the City Clinic Group I have turned around the Organisation to being one of best sought healthcare destinations in outpatient care run by an Indian Group. We organised the first ever International Conference on Adolescent Health in Kuwait for over 22 schools in association with Kuwait Medical Association & Kuwait Paediatric Society. The first ever successful CME was organised for GP’s , paediatricians and specialists. Started the monthly Newsletter called the Newsline and successfully obtained the ACHS( Australian Accreditation on Healthcare Standards) one of the most toughest accreditation in a short time by restructuring the Organisation & bringing palpable and visible workflow changes, operational efficiency and strategic management and Human Resources strengthening moves across all four Clinics in Kuwait. This involved formulation of the policies, training, implementation,auditing and documentation which was done purely in-house with the support of dedicated in-house team.
