With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry in Brazil and Latin America, I am a seasoned professional in sales, marketing, revenue management, and ESG. Today as the Director of Sales & ESG at Bourbon Hotels & Resorts, I am responsible for the strategy and results of the sales, RM, and distribution areas, as well as implementing and growing the ESG strategy since 2023.Previously I was VP for Sales & Marketing at Atlantica Hotels where we grew the hotel membership by over 500% I am passionate about creating value for both the business and the society, and I have a proven track record of delivering growth, innovation, and sustainability. I have also served as the President of São Paulo Convention & Visitors Bureau, and I am currently a board member of Resorts Brasil and SPCVB, where I contribute to the development and promotion of the tourism sector. I have strong interpersonal skills, strategic negotiations, and sales management abilities, and I am fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
