* Facilitating community awareness and mobilization and project awareness creation in ensuring effective roll out of nutrition interventions. * Facilitating trainings of promoters and lead mothers, identification of promoters, lead mothers and formation of CARE groups. * Assist the Nutrition Coordinator in planning and coordinating activities of CARE groups and provide technical assistance to the promoters. * Ensure program quality through regular monitoring of activities and ensuring compliance to standards procedures in health and nutrition education and Community Complementary Feeding and Learning Sessions. * Collaboration with partners and Stakeholders in implementing nutrition programs carried out at community level. * Collaborate with and support Agricultural Extension staff the target community to implement nutrition related interventions mainly on processing, preservation, preparation and production of nutrient rich crops for household consumption. * Ensuring provision of necessary SNIC tools to lead mothers to facilitate their work.
