Our team focuses on developing and implementing a future-proof reward strategy, including: - General Reward strategy - Variable remuneration schemes - Flexible remuneration, including company cars and the electrification of the fleet - Employment related benefits - The P&A cycle, including budget management of salary increases and promotions - Reward related HR projects - Implementation of the remuneration regulations applicable to the financial institutions - Intra-group migrations and integration of personnel of M&A transactions (with application of CAO32bis) - Job grading & Salary surveys - Intragroup international mobility (policy and implementation), including immigration

Together with 3 other colleagues within the corporate HR division, I follow up on the social-legal framework that applies to KBC, advise on this internally and implement this within our company. In addition, our team supports social dialogue within KBC and participates in various HR projects. Focus areas: - Reward/Remuneration - International mobility - external collaborations - HR Projects (including "experiment werken op zondag binnen KBC Live") - Mergers&Acquisitions

I provided PwC clients with integrated solutions regarding compensation and benefits (including for expats), employee contracts, the international mobility of employees, the social security of workers who are (e)migrating, etc. I combine a specialized knowledge in national and international employment law and social security with expertise in mergers & acquisitions and company restructurings. In my function as Manager, I also coached junior and senior profiles within the Employment Law department.

Our Employment Law team, formerly part of People & Organisation (P&O), joined the newly branded law firm PwC Legal on 1 January 2019.
