Responsible for directing execution of T cell drug product formulation for preclinical studies for all programs across the organization while collaborating with translational to set near-term goals for assay development. • Enabled two IND filings, including preparation of drug formulation sections, by leading a team that developed preclinical in vivo models and performed complex cell therapy studies. • Harmonized cell production processes across programs by leading a matrixed workstream to evaluate, and improve methods, reporting to senior leadership. • Hands-on leadership of the formulation team to provide onsite guidance for go/no-go decisions.

Established business strategy by setting the gold standard for project teams to operationalize study progression to ensure robust data collection. • Facilitated NHP HSC and CAR-T cell studies with Biomere and worked with a team of scientists to drive collaboration with external stakeholders to validate new drug product candidates in a primate model. • Accelerated research at external CROs by developing a joint platform to operationalize human monoclonal antibody production and directed CRO contracts to streamline research efforts and support target validation. • Co-led a high-throughput screening team for antibody discovery and characterization, leading to candidate optimization and therapeutics discovery. • Champion and SME on a company-wide initiative to optimize project operations for animal studies to be conducted along with oncology and in vivo gene editing departments to reduce siloing and increase communication.

Our Mission i2 has been developed with the goal of engaging middle school children in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). Partnering with some of the world’s leading STEM organizations, i2 broadens a child’s exposure to STEM with a wide variety of new, innovative courses not seen in traditional middle school education. The fun and intimate, hands-on activities of the courses strive to excite and inspire participants about STEM, creating enthusiasm that will hopefully spill over to their schoolwork and school choices in future years. We want to invent & inspire, imagine & innovate, investigate & inquire, and initiate & improvise.

Pharmacology research for several antibody (biologics) programs across oncology indications. • Enabled the discovery and early clinical development of MM-151, an oligoclonal combination of three anti-EGFR antibodies. Prepared data for the IND non-clinical pharmacology section.

• Contributed to the identification of the MM-151 formulation by performing in vitro, cell-based, and in vivo PK/PD/efficacy studies with different combination ratios of the three antibodies. • Developed and applied antibody screening and characterization methods, including assay transfer and validation with external CROs.

- Assessed T regulatory cells in the bone marrow and determined their inhibitory potential in B cell precursor development. - Identified a potential mechanism for T regulatory cell signaling molecule TGFβ in the inhibition of B cell precursor development. - Elucidated the role of SMAD signaling in response to TGFβ stimuli in WT and λ5KO B cell precursors. - Assessed how T regulatory cells contribute to shaping the altered repertoire of B cell development in aging.

- Collaborated in assessing the role of TNFα in mucus production in epithelial cells

- Determined the mechanism of reduced transcription factor E47 in senescence. - Assessed the role of enhanced MAPK (ERK) activation in the Notch/Delta dependent accelerated turnover of E47 in B cell precursors of senescent mice. - Determined the role of NK cells in the bone marrow microenvironment that contribute to the regulation E47 protein expression.
