* During this placement I had to prepare and write a report on how the organisation was coping with an ongoing organisational change. * Whilst on placement my tasks involved: * Creating interview schedules * Arranging/Conducting Interviews * Entering findings into a database * Analysing results * Writing up results * Thinking of creative ways to improve the organisation * Producing a feedback document * Providing verbal feedback * Communicating with senior staff * Reviewing the minutes taken at various meetings * This developed my skills in a variety of areas and helped me transfer skills that I had learnt at university into a real-life work environment. It showed me how to change and improve a work environment, make effective decisions, lead, communicate and collaborate with others.
