Anneli Karlsson

I have experience as an HR manager, broad experience in operational and strategic HR work, work in management groups and Lean. My strengths are my leadership, my enthusiasm and my broad experience in HR work. The foundation of my leadership based on participation and clear objectives. I like to run projects and have led several large development- and transformation projects. I have worked according to the principles of lean production for some years. I am well acquainted with the methods standardized work, effective improvements and KATA methodology. It is important for me to evolve, develop and influence. Develop by being a part of a business with people, processes and tools that work together towards common goals. Develop through challenging tasks with clear goals. Influence by working operationally, lead others and make decisions in a business environment.
