* Developed and designed a course for the online Masters program in College Student Services Administration. * Teach online course focused on basic counseling skills for emerging professionals in Higher Education administration.

* Proposed and designed a 2-credit section of U-Engage (first-year experience course), “Famous Careers, Unexpected Paths” * Facilitated interactive weekly discussions and lectures on career development, professional development, networking, and cultural awareness. * Promoted adjustment to the university through guided activities and discussions on topics such as time management, reading skills, research skills, and writing.

* Served as a consultant to Duke’s Career Center, and conducted a qualitative analysis of their services. * Conducted weekly career counseling sessions with undergraduate and graduate students. * Planned and co-facilitated a 3-session workshop for undergraduate students deciding on a major. * Provided information on interpreting the Strong Interest Inventory and identifying “strengths” using the Clifton Strengthsfinder assessment.

* Provided career services to students and community members. * Administered numerous qualitative and quantitative career assessments. * Led a “Diversity Advisory Team”. * Co-led a semester-long training program for newly hired peer career specialists. * Provided clinical supervision to two graduate career counseling students. * Co-taught a one credit-hour course on career exploration for college undergraduates. * Compiled a teachers’ manual for future instructors of the career exploration course.
