I’m a leadership coach and the creator of Business Energetics and the Authentic Expression psychometric test, which shows you which of seven different decision styles is your natural genius. I believe that how you make decisions shapes what you create in the world. It impacts how you work and how you lead. Understanding your own decision thought process opens the door to developing the skills and abilities where you naturally excel. Business Energetics offers a model and a map for easily understanding all seven Authentic Expressions, so you can see how your specific gifts can collaborate with the gifts of others, as well as where and under what circumstances you are most essential to the process of business creation. The simplicity of the Business Energetics model enhances your understanding of others in a way that is accessible and easily applied to your every-day life. It offers deep and meaningful insights about the work styles of others and how it affects the growth of your business, improving your interpersonal relationships, team dynamics, innovation and business development. I work with business owners, leaders and teams through individual and team coaching as well as group facilitation, using Business Energetics as part of a broad toolkit designed to help my clients turn around problems, surpass their goals, and find greater satisfaction in their work.
