* Authored PMTCT Training Toolkit Participant Manual, for systems strengthening of rural health facilities, in collaboration with South Africa’s Department of Health and United States Agency for International Development (USAID). * Provided technical assistance on training methodologies, instruments, and job aides for health care workers.

Author protocols, in collaboration with multidisciplinary team, for three pilot HIV research studies, exploring safety, feasibility, and acceptability of various HIV biomedical prevention interventions for adolescents.

Work with I-TECH Headquarters and Country Office leadership, funders, and technical experts in defining and implementing program strategy, manage multiple grants and the execution of their deliverables (HRSA/CDC and USAID), and supervise six HQ technical team members. Provide extensive technical assistance to Ethiopia Country Office staff with local capacity building, setting achievement benchmarks, long-term and short-term priorities, implementation plans, financial projections, and tools for monitoring and evaluation. Represent I-TECH HQ and Country Office in national meetings with ministry officials, funding agencies, and international partner organizations.

Project management lead for implementation of Accredited TB and Operational Research Training Center in South Africa, coordinating all aspects of project operations, including design, conduct and analysis of TB/HIV baseline assessment in 9 provinces, design of robust M&E framework, and collaboration with local implementing partner. Authored PEPFAR-funded comprehensive training package for Adolescent Peer Educators (trainer and participant manuals) to be adapted and used within HIV care and treatment programs in sub-Saharan Africa. Co-authored participatory, comprehensive training curriculum for adolescent HIV care and treatment program, implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Health in Zambia, funded by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Authored PEPFAR-funded in-service training package for nurse educators, with emphasis on systems strengthening, case-based learning, and clinical mentoring.
