Working for a global data & electrical supplier, I am responsible for processing customer orders, handling customer queries & product inquiries, providing quotations, maintaining customer database, managing BOM orders, liason with overseas departments, liason with freight forwarders & local transport companies and providing back up support to internal/external sales. I am also responsible for training new CSR staff members.

As a Customer Service Representative I was responsible for the processing of sales orders, dealing with customer enquiries, providing quotes, maintaining customer relationships, providing support to the Sales Managers and maintaining the customer data base. Part of my duties also include providing relief cover for both reception and the warehouse co-ordinator.
