- Regional project responsible for the global implementation of SAP SuccessFactor functional use in 30 countries in Europe - HR IT Demand Manager for Europe - Project Lead & consultant for global and local HR digitalization initiatives, e.g. T&A implementation in Poland, global digital personnel file system - HR Data Management incl. enduser-training, data quality KPIs, analysis and coordination of data cleansing activities - Regional CoE for global HR processes as well as HR audit topics - Regional CoE for HR reporting as well as the usage and further development of global HR reporting tools - Regional lead for M&A HR system integrations - Responsible for a team of six permanent and three temporary employees (interns/ working students) - Responsible for building up the department incl. vision & mission
