Halma Catalyst Program is a two-year program comprised of four, six-month rotations. Trainees survey various sectors and business functions within the global Halma group of life-saving technology companies.

Reduced inventory value of non-conforming parts through continuous improvement projects. Developed data measures to evaluate the financial impact of new inventory processes. Published data dashboards to inform value-based decision making across quality and manufacturing teams.

Integrated a third-party forecasting software with the existing ERP system. Managed the monthly forecast review process and delivery of forecast accuracy metrics. Piloted manufacturing planning and capacity analysis software solutions.

Implemented a Learning Management System software solution for sales distributor technical education and knowledge assessment. Worked with the marketing and sales team to improve website navigation and distributors’ access to resources.

Planned and implemented a new procedure for product configuration and pricing at Cosasco. Worked with the product management team to update the pricing system and communicate changes across the business.

Assisted professors in the biomedical engineering sophomore-level design and junior-level anatomy courses. Responsible for facilitating lab sessions, grading assignments, hosting office hours, and communicating between students and course instructors.

Worked in the Polacheck lab on a vascular network imaging and data analysis project. Awarded university funding through the BME Abrams Scholars Program and the Women and Minority Summer Research Program.
