Seksjonen Partnerdialog og Planlegging tilhører avdeling Planlegging i SITS. Seksjonen er hovedansvarlig for dialogen med Skattedirektoratet om bestillinger og leveranse av utviklingsoppdrag og prosjekter. I tillegg er seksjonen ansvarlige for å utrede alle bestillinger, langtidsplanlegge og porteføljestyre utviklingsaktivitetene i SITS.

Partnerdialog is responsible for maintaining the relationship between Skatteetatens It and Service unit - SITS - and Skatteetaten and other partners SITS provides services to.

Nordic Resources Portfolio Lead: As Portfolio lead, I was responsible for managing the work Accenture performed on technology projects and outsourcing contracts for clients in the Resources industries (Utility, Energy, Natural Resources). I was responsible for ensuring the solution proposed to clients provide the best value for the client. In my work I reviewed all proposed solutions and ensured they were optimized by leveraging the best tools and Accenture’s global delivery network. I was also responsible for all delivery contracts, and conducts regular reviews of major contracts. This role gave me strong experience in managing complex projects and contracts, including leveraging offshore models, cloud based solutions and asset based solutions.

Microsoft Services includes MCS - Microsoft Consulting Services and Premier Support. During the time in Microsoft, I significantly strengthened Microsoft Services in Norway, improving profitability and growth and business impact by re-focusing the team to focus on Lighthouse projects leveraging new technology for large customers.

I started in Accenture (then Arthur Andersen Managment Information Consulting Division) in February 1986 in Atlanta, Georgia. I was promoted to Manager in 1990, still in the Atlanta office, working with clients on large IT projects in both the private and public sector. Clients included IBM, Carolina Power & Light, Equifax, Delta Airlines, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Florida. Initally I focused on technical architectures in the mainframe environment (CICS, DB2 ) but also developed project and program management skills. In 1993 I transferred to the Oslo office. In Norway I continued developing my project and program management skills, and from 1995 I focused on large ERP projects in Brussels, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Helsinki for clients like Yara, Statoil, Ericsson, Outokumpu, Norske Skog og Dyno Nobel.. In 2000 I made partner in Accenture, focusing on clients in the Resources industry (Energy and Chemicals and Natural Resources).

I worked part time teaching Project and Program Management in the Master program and the MBA program at BI, focusing on Project Risk management and combined research with practical experiences.
