Currently an undergraduate student at Duke University double-majoring in Public Policy and International Comparative Studies, with a minor in Journalism and the Markets and Management certificate. I've been offered leadership roles in academia at Duke University, such as the opportunity to teach a week of classes to the 18 First-Years in the Geopolitics and Culture Focus. I've also spent the last year as a research assistant reworking the gateway public policy course to better interest students and spark their passion for the major. I'm passionate about political engagement and promoting bipartisanship. I've fostered this passion through clubs such as Duke Votes, Duke Students for Gun Safety, and Braver Angels - three organizations committed to political engagement through decreased polarization. I also believe bipartisanship can be increased through the media, and seek roles in journalism or broadcasting that aligns with my goals.
