 Design, Create and Teach Health and Fitness Presentations in a corporate setting. Offer ideas and techniques to clients to better incorporate daily healthy alternatives into their workplace environment.  Present and give fitness evaluations at corporate health fairs, incorporating flexibility, strength and mobility assessments to guide individuals toward adjusting their harmful repetitive lifestyle habits.

 Responsible for mastering and presenting content for AYB Senior Wellness events, including fitness movement classes and nutrition and health seminar classes.  Planned the quarterly calendar for submarket, laying out all events based on submarket demands and required content.  Facilitated the promotion of the program through engaging members to use health promotion services, including online features, phone service options and additional on-site events.  Customized new content to be presented at future events. Content created can encompass all areas of fitness and health promotion either movement oriented or lecture based.  Administered the creation and upload within the online system, all calendars and event templates as well as monitor and record all member registrations and surveys.
