Ride Concepts was acquired by Fox Factory in 2023. We continue to evolve a full mountain bike footwear line, while expanding to other categories, as Ride Concepts brand, under Fox Factory umbrella.

Supported global distributor partners and wholesale key accounts, including order management, initially creating, and providing sales assets and then assisting roll out of B2B to support scaling.

Managed pre-season demand forecast processes that provide accurate top line budget and style forecasts for Canada Wholesale and Corporate Sales channels. Executed tops-down, bottoms-up inventory plans to support business unit with $35M total annual revenue. Led and executed strategic seasonal assortment process with cross-functional team, resulting in increased style productivity, season-over-season.

Supported largest US Key Account with revenue growth of $10M over four years - a 60% increase - including management of on-time delivery, allocation, and shipping of product.

Managed service for Patagonia, Lotus Designs, and WaterGirl North American Wholesale accounts, overseeing $6M in total annual revenue.
