Responsible for gathering usability requirements, establishing feature workflow, producing prototypes, recording the requirements in technical documentation and validating the usability of a website or a feature throughout the development/product lifecycle. Generated prototypes of a site following established HTML, CSS and JavaScript conventions as well as several different “Look and Feels” using standard graphic and web design techniques.

* Responsible for conducting Usability tests, coordinating testing strategies with outside firms, and creating guidelines for numerous aspects of Kohls.com. * Lead the effort to make Kohls.com a more accessible site, with compliance to established guidelines (WCAG, Section 508). * Provided possible solutions to issues, based on analysis and testing of the existing site and prototypes.
