• Corporate clients' portfolio, commercial affairs, setting up of corporate structures through various vehicles with companies of varied jurisdictions, trusts and investment funds; • Drafting & reviewing of legal documents including resolutions, agreements, contracts, power of attorney, etc.; • Incorporation of numerous legal entities within different jurisdictions, submission of application forms to Companies Register / international agents; • Execution of transactions, restructurings and ad hoc projects from 'a' to 'z'; • Opening and maintenance of personal and corporate bank accounts;
