About
I work with high‑achieving leaders and organisations who know culture is not a “nice‑to‑have” but a hard business lever that decides whether they retain top talent, accelerate delivery and stay ahead. Raised in the villages of Kenya, where identity was held in community and everyone had a place, I now bring that lived understanding of belonging into boardrooms, executive offsites and high‑stakes transformations in Australia and beyond. I translate culture into strategy, turning abstract concepts like “engagement” and “inclusion” into decisions, behaviours and rhythms that move P&L, risk and delivery. As a Keynote Speaker and Culture Strategist, I deliver executive‑grade keynotes that move metrics, not just emotions. Through my WAINAINA Method, I give leaders a clear, practical blueprint to embed belonging as an operating lever—reducing attrition, lifting engagement and improving performance within 30–90 days. Event organisers choose me because my sessions are easy to program, effortless to promote and designed for next‑day application. Beyond the stage, I advise CEOs, founders and senior executives across healthcare, aged care, pharma and complex service sectors. With roots as a Registered Nurse, and further training in business, law and executive coaching, I bring frontline clarity and boardroom discipline to every engagement—helping organisations navigate reform and pressure without losing their people. At my core, I’m a Liberator: I help leaders and systems break free from fear‑based habits and hollow values, and build cultures people fight to be part of and never want to leave. If you’re serious about treating belonging as a strategic advantage—not a slogan—I’d love to connect.
