My core interest involves the identification of transformative, early stage,research technologies across the life sciences for commercial development . Identification of important translational research takes place across the entire UK publicly funded research base and other parts of the world. Auditing of translational research is carried out on behalf of multinational corporate partners, charities and universities. Audits require close interrelations with academics, TTOs and research institutes. With a strong academic base and experience in the pharmaceutical industry the work fits my experience of working with academics at a senior level and with commercial teams. Research identified in an audit is ranked technologically and commercially. I am now closely networked into more than 50 major multinational pharma companies and over the majority of research institutions in the UK and across the world.
