Continuing undergraduate research assistant experiments about E0 occurrences in fetal ovaries. Investigating meiotic pathway differences in inbred lab mice strains, PWD and B6 in both females and males. Looking at where the number of foci differ at each step of meiosis, this can be applied to human female and male differences in meiosis during embryonic development due to the similarities between mouse and human chromosomes. Other duties: -Immunostaining -Mouse dissection -PCR and data analysis -Genotyping
