I’m a deeply different People Ops at Meettal, where we build a caring, inclusive, blame-free culture with real psychological safety։ I make sure people’s first and last days feel smooth, respectful, and deeply human. From onboarding to offboarding, I design clear, supportive people experiences built on trust, not control. I also mentor and support new hires and interns as they grow, manage inbound applicants for our client roles, keep HR processes simple and stress-free, and contribute to our employer brand. In everything I do, I center diversity, equity, and inclusion not as a checkbox, but as a daily practice that shapes how people are treated, heard, and supported. At Meettal, we believe culture is what happens when no one is watching. My role is to help protect and strengthen it so every team member and candidate feels welcome, safe to speak up and ready to grow. Beyond our teams, I also help organize HR community meetups across our market, creating open spaces to exchange ideas, talk honestly about HR challenges, and connect over a good cup of coffee. ☕️

My responsibilities include: -Talent sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, and any possible platform where tech people are registered :)) -Conducting screening calls to get acquainted with candidates and their preferences, discussing available roles that might be an awesome fit for them -Conducting market research to stay up to date with the latest industry news and learn more about the tech market -Maintaining regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about company/role updates -Keeping in touch with client companies to understand their needs and help them find a great future teammate

All we do is about tech recruitment. Starting from communication: not candidates and companies, but Humans! Once we are connected, we are there for you forever: from the very first moment of sourcing till the hiring stage and further. The candidates for us are not just CVs with bullet points, we care about the personality, interests and passion. We are lucky to witness our hires become hiring managers, and get back to us with requests for finding teammates for them. It is more about bringing value to both parties, than just finding a fitting candidate for a nice company.
